The first poem describes a moment when I was singing a Twinkle, twinkle, little star in English 15 years ago. I went to the English cram school when I was five. I was taught some English songs by teacher. The teacher is my friend’s mother. Especially, I like Twinkle, twinkle, little star very much. I was not able to understand the song’s meaning. But I enjoyed sounds of words like ” Twinke” and “diamond”. I sang it everyday. In the car, in the bath, and at the surpermarket. Finally, I memorized it English perfectly. My parents paised me. My mother said “That’s great ! One more time, please.” I sang many times with smiling.

The second poem describes a moment when I was taught English 16 years ago.I started to learn English when I was four years old. My friend Rina’s mother taught English to kids. I went to her house. I enjoyed playing and studying with her. I learned alphabet through coloring pictures. I learned English greetings through singing a song. I learned English words through card games. I was looking forward to going to her house to study English. At that time,study was the same as play for me. I moved when I was five, I continued my English study.

When I was in a junior high,
I listened to the Disney music.
Movie soundtracks are sweet!
I especially love Mary Poppins.
Magic spell, pretty sweets and chimney cleaning.
It was written in English.
But I was able to understand a part.

The second poem describes a moment when I was able to understand the meanings of Disney songs in English. I have loved Disney since I was a little. I often listen Disney songs. I often watch Disney movies too. I like Mary Poppins the most. It’s a musical movie. Mary Poppins and kids sing and dance. I watched it for the first time when I was an elementary school student. I enjoyed it in Japanese, but I couldn’t understand it in English. I watched it again when I was a junior high school student. I wasn’t able to understand actors’ words in English. However I could understand meanings of songs a part. I thought that I would like to try harder English study.
4 Excursion that I went with my English teacher
When I passed high school,
My English teacher of cram school took me and friends to Tokyo Disney Sea.
This trip was a reward.
Blue sky and shining sea welcome us.
We rode Tower of Terror.
Laughter and scream.
I ate popcorn.
Taste of tea.
That day was unforgettable memories.
⑷Excursion that I went with my English teacher
This poem describes a moment when I went to Tokyo Disney Sea 4 years ago. I passed the entrance exam into my choice high school. My English teacher and I rejoiced a lot. In spring vacation, the teacher took me and friends to TDS. It’s a last memory of junior high school days. We rode a lot of attractions. I rode Tower of Terror first time. I was very scary. However the view I watched in the top of the tower. I saw the blue sky and the sparkling sea. We are popcorn and grilled chickens. Popcorn was the taste of milk tea. Grilled chickens are slightly spicy but delicious. We watched Mickey Mouse show twice. I love the night show especially. Fireworks, water and light were so beautiful.

I had to translate English textbook’s pages into Japanese, learned new words, answered some English sentence problems and did my English workbook. The hardest assignment is translating. I looked up expressions that I didn’t know in the electronic dictionary. My hands were very tired because I wrote so many characters. English studying is hard, but I like it and English classes. Thanks to my study I became able to read interesting English articles. I knew “TFT projet”, “regeneration of water” and ” The story of Amazing Grace” in the English textbooks.
6 I passed all English word tests at once
When I was a high school student,
I had a word test twice a week.
Not so difficult.
However students are too busy to memorize all words!
If I miss it,
I have to take another test on lunch break.
I studied English hardest of all subjects.
Finally I could pass all tests in high school three years!
7 English problems of National Center Test for University Admissions
This poem describes a moment when I took the National Center Test for University Admissions. I was in the local university on January 16th. That day is first day of the National Center Test for University Admissions. I was very nervous. I wanted to pass Gunma University. So I had to good score on that day. I am good at Japanese the most. I am good at English too. Especially I always took high score in listening test. I must gave good results. An English writing test was difficult. But I did my best. A listing test wasn’t so difficult. I listened the story about ordering pizza and the story about getting lobster by neighbors. As a result, I took the highest score I’ve ever had.

This poem describes my friends got to know each other through English learning. I had been learning English conversation for 15 years. When I was an elementary school student, I met three friends at the cram school. We went to a different school. But we saw at the cram school once a week. Akane was very smart girl. She go to Tohoku university now. Nao was a funny boy. He go to Nihon university now. Masaya was a kind boy. He go to Bunkyo university now. We learned Enough together. We talked in English and practiced English pronunciation. The reason why I like English is that I went to the cram school.

This poem describes my favorite TV drama “SHERLOCK.” I watched SHERLOCK when I was a high school student. I knew this drama on twitter. I found it popular all over the world. I liked stories of Sherlock Holmes since I was an elementary school student. I decided to borrow a DVD as soon as possible. Sherlock Holmes and Watson use the Internet and mobile phone to solve the incident in contemporary London in the story. I loved Benedict Cumber batch and Martin Freeman who played them. They are very good actors. Sometimes I watches it in English. It’s too difficult to understand. But I want to listen his real voice.

This poem describes my evidence of studying in high school days. My high school was focusing on studying English. So I had to study English hard. I like English. I like reading and listening. But I don’t like memorizing English words. In order to solve problems in English, I had to memorize a lot of words. I wrote, read and translated English everyday. I completed to memorize two English word books in my high school days. They were already worn out. The two old English word book remind me of events related to English study. They are my evidence of English leaning.
